摘要：这些年，全球经济逐渐趋于一体化，生产的方式也随之越来越国际化，加工贸易也成为了我国对外贸易的一种主要形式。2008年，由于美国的次贷危机引起了全球的金融危机，我国加工贸易也受到了影响。然而从2009年至今，我国加工贸易的发展趋势逐渐下滑，其反映出的是我国应该更加注重加工贸易的转型升级。加工贸易成功进行转型升级，可以大力促进我国经济的发展。基于以上情况，本文以东莞市为例，简要分析了加工贸易的发展情况和经济情况，进而研究并分析东莞市加工贸易需要转型升级的主要因素并且提出转型升级的策略，让加工贸易企业和整体经济发展的更好更快，从而使东莞市在我国加工贸易中作出更多的贡献，产生更多的经济效益。70022

Research on the Transformation and Upgrading of Processing Trade——Take Dongguan for Example
Abstract: In recent years, the global economy has gradually become integrated, and the mode of production has become more and more internationalized. Processing trade has become a major form of China's foreign trade. In 2008, China's processing trade was affected as a result of the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States, which caused the global financial crisis. However, from 2009 to now, the development trend of China's processing trade has gradually declined, which reflects the need for China's processing trade transformation and upgrading. Only by carrying out the transformation and upgrading can we promote the development of processing trade in china. Based on the above situation, this paper takes Dongguan city as an example, the development conditions and the economic situation of the processing trade is briefly analyzed in this paper, the main factors of Dongguan city transformation and upgrading of processing trade needs and put forward the strategies of the transformation and upgrading of processing trade, let the enterprises and the overall economic development better and faster, so that the city of Dongguan made more contributions to China's processing trade, to produce more economic benefits.
