摘要银行业的发展对一国的经济有着很大的影响，它为国民经济的发展提供了资金支持。越南银行业经历了改革之后，其自身效率有很大的提高，但由于各种原因，越南银行业发展还不完善。本文从主要介绍了越南银行的发展历程，组成情况及银行业运营情况。基于与中国银行业发展对比，找出越南银行业在发展中存在的问题，然后借鉴中国银行业发展的经验，为越南银行业发展提供一些建议对策。68207

Title A Study of the Development of Banking of Vietnam Compared with China

Abstract Banking sector has a great influence on a country's economic development, it provides financial support for the development of national economy. Vietnamese Banks after the reform, the efficiency of Vietnamese Banks is greatly improved. But due to various reasons, the Vietnam banking industry development is not perfect. This paper mainly introduced the Vietnam bank development course, composition and banking operations. After a general understanding on Vietnam banking , based on the contrast with the development of Chinese banking industry, we find the problems existing in the development of Vietnam banking. Then based on the experience of the development of Chinese banking industry, we provide some advice for the Vietnam banking development countermeasures.

1引言

自1986年开始革新开放的20多年来，越南加速市场经济体制的建设，放开对私营企业的管制，银行信贷对中小型民营企业的歧视现象得到明显改善，同时市场开放程度也在2006年底成功加入WTO后得到质的飞跃。在积极推进国内经济转型和经济全球化的大背景下，作为国民经济枢纽的越南银行业，对国内企业成长的推动作用会越来越大。1991年，越南全面调整经济政策，提出在金融领域允许国有、股份和合营等多种形式的银行并存、建立多元金融体系的构想，越南银行业的改革进程自此开始。当年，越南的银行体系只有4家国有商业银行和1家合资银行，到2011年已发展到3家国有独资商业银行、2家国有股份制商业银行、1家政策性银行、37家非国有股份制商业银行、5家合资银行、48家外国银行分行、5家外国独资银行、17家金融公司、13家金融租赁公司和915家遍布城乡的信用社。论文网越南银行业发展研究:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_76665.html
