摘 要:改革开放以来，江苏省经济蓬勃发展，第三产业也是如此。江苏省经济的发展和第三产业的发展紧密联系，相互促进。本文根据2001-2014年江苏省三大产业发展状况数据并通过计算贡献率可以得到第三产业是推动江苏经济增长的重要力量，对经济增长作出了巨大的贡献，在江苏经济中处于战略性地位；并且对江苏省第三产业中各主要行业的产值贡献率进行分析，发现在第三产业中，像批发零售贸易、房地产、交通运输等行业对江苏经济增长作出了莫大的贡献；最后提出采取强化传统行业发展、加快发展科学研究、加快发展电子商务等对策来促进江苏省经济更好更快地发展。66931

Abstract：Since China’s reform and opening up，the economy of Jiangsu province has been developed rapidly and so the third industry is. The development of Jiangsu province has been closely linked to the development of the third industry and promote each other. This paper according to the date of the three major industries’s development situation from 2001 to 2014 and by calculating the contribution rate can be got from it that the third industry is the
important force to promote the growth of Jiangsu economy and has made tremendous contribution to ecomomic growth, which in a strategic position in the economy of Jiangsu
province ; and analyse the output value contribution of the major indusries in the third industry, which finds that industries like wholesale and retail trade,the real estate industry,
transportation industry have been made tremendous contribution to the economic growth of Jiangsu province; Finally, propose adopting measures to promote the development of Jiangsu economy better and faster such as strengthening the development of traditional industry, speeding up the development of scientific research, accelerating the development of the electronic commerce.

1 引言
近几年来，我国经济突飞猛进，尤其是第三产业取得了较大的成果，对经济发展产生较大的作用。2013年第三产业的发展尤其迅速。江苏省作为中国的一个重要的省份，近几年来发展迅猛，江苏省的综合竞争实力一直名列前茅。2001-2014年，江苏省GDP从9456.84亿元增加至65088.32亿元，在此期间第三产业产值也基本上处于增加的趋势，由2001年的3454.90亿元增加至2014年30396.52亿元，第三产业占比也从2001年的36.53%上涨至2014的46.70%。 2001-2014年期间，江苏省三大产业产值都在增加，其中第二产业一直位居首位,但不容我们忽视的是，就产值贡献率而言，第三产业明显超越第二产业。在现代社会发展的同时，江苏省第二产业对经济的重要性明显在减弱，经济的继续发展需要依靠第三产业。第三产业的健康有力发展对居民就业、江苏省经济发展来说都有非凡的意义，能为促进江苏省现代化进程增添一份色彩。本文主要从江苏省产值贡献率的角度进行分析，来计算江苏省三大产业产值的贡献率以及第三产业中主要行业产值贡献率，通过数据分析得出第三产业对经济作用程度大小，并提出相关政策来激励江苏第三产业的健康发展。文献综述 江苏省第三产业对经济增长贡献研究:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_74994.html
