摘要：在中国，区域经济发展存在东部和西部的差异；在江苏，区域经济发展存在南部和北部的差异。区域经济发展差异的存在和变化对区域经济和社会发展等诸多方面产生着直接和间接的影响，成为经济和社会生活中的焦点之一。伴随着“经济新常态”的提出，各级政府更加注重区域协调发展，让发展更加惠及普通百姓；可以说“经济新常态”已成为全新的发展理念。文章从经济总量和均量、产业结构、对外贸易等深入分析了苏南苏北经济发展的现状，紧接着对两者经济发展差异的原因进行了探究，然后对南北经济协调发展的意义进行了阐述，最后以苏北现实为基础，对加快苏北经济增长，促进全省经济又好又快发展提出了对策。66527
