摘要：推动产业集群化发展不但是提高文化产业竞争力的重要手段，也符合了文化产业的发展趋势。常州旅游表演文化产业在发展产业集群的过程中，尽管存在着主题吸引、科技创新和注重关联产业发展等方面的优势，但是融资渠道单一、人才培养和产业发展对接不紧、产业同质化现象严重、旅游表演缺乏文化内涵等这些暴露出来的问题也是不容忽视的。本文运用了调查法、文献研究法和定量分析法等研究方法，对常州旅游表演文化产业集群发展的现状进行研究，探讨其发展过程中存在的弊端，并提出推动常州旅游表演文化产业集群发展的对策：常州旅游表演文化产业的集群化，可以通过培养成熟的投资者、强化对人才和管理层的培养、推陈出新，出奇制胜和加大文化研究力度，优化产业结构等途径实现。65927
