摘要：改革开放以来，我国中小企业发展迅速，在促进经济增长、稳定社会秩序、提供就业机会、促进技术创新等方面都发挥着重要的作用，已经成为了国民经济的重要组成部分。但是随着经济的发展，中小企业在发展中的一些问题也逐渐显现出来，其中最为突出的就是融资问题，亟待解决。温州是我国中小企业最为密集的城市，本文将以温州中小企业为例，通过调查法，分析出问题主要在发生在企业自身和金融机制上，从中小企业提高自身管理、金融机制改革、融资制度创新等方面来解决融资难的问题。50475

Discussion on the Financing Predicament of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and Its Solutions Take Wenzhou enterprises as an Example
Abstract:Since the reform and opening up, the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is developing rapidly,stabilizing the social order, providing employment opportunities, promoting the technology innovation plays an important role.The small and medium-sized enterprises has become the important part of the national economy. However, with the development of economy, some problems of small and medium-sized enterprises also gradually revealed in the development .One of the most prominent is the financing problem, which needs to be solved urgently. Wen Zhou is the most populated city for small and medium-sized enterprises of our country. The article will take an example of Wen Zhou small and medium-sized enterprise.For example, using the method of investigation, analyzing of the main problems occurred on enterprises and financial mechanism.By the small and medium-sized enterprise improving its management. Reform of the financial mechanism, financing system innovation and so on to solve the financing problem.

（一）中小企业的概念
