摘要：近年来，中小企业发展迅速，在我国经济发展中扮演着重要角色。但是，中小企业融资难却是社会的一大难题。当务之急是找到解决方法使中小企业健康发展。本文首先解释了中小企业融资的定义和特征，其次分析我国中小企业融资现状和影响因素，并以苏州市中小企业为例，从中小企业自身、商业银行、担保机构方面分析中小企业融资难的原因，最后为解决我国中小企业融资难提供了对策。50475

Study on the Financing SMEs - A Case Study of Suzhou SMEs
Abstract：In recent years, the development of SMEs is rapid, it is becoming more and more important in the development of national economy. But the financing problem of SMEs has been the concern of all sectors of the community. It is imperative to find a solution so that the SMEs can develop healthily. Firstly this paper explains the definition and characteristics of SMEs financing. Secondly it analyzes the financing situation and influencing factors of SMEs in our country. Thirdly it takes the Suzhou SMEs as an example to analyze the reasons for the financing difficulties of SMEs from SMEs themselves, commercial banks and security agencies. Finally, it puts forward the policy recommendations to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises in China.

（一）研究背景和意义
近年来，我国的市场经济日渐成熟，中小企业也发展迅速。中小企业的数量在我国占比非常大，在一定程度上推动了我国经济的发展，增加了我国的国民收入，在国民就业中贡献较大。经济全球化发展对我国的中小企业来说既是机遇又是挑战。目前，我国的中小企业正面临着融资难的问题。由于中小企业规模小，制度不完善，自身信誉低，财务报表不完善等一系列原因，导致其很难在金融机构或者资本市场上获得资金。考虑到中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，政府这两年来出台了一系列方针政策来扶持中小企业的发展，但是效果很小。对于分支机构怎样才能发挥作用，怎样才能更加深入研究金融机构与中小企业之间的合作关系，这样的问题需要得到政府的关注，需要政府出台更完善的政策规范。 苏州中小企业融资问题研究:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_53814.html
