摘要零五年七月二十一日，我国为适应市场经济发展的需要要进行汇率制度改革，国家汇率监管机构相继出台多种政策管理汇率，使我国汇率水平长期保持在可控制的范围内，为市场经济提供稳定的国际经济环境。在国际市场上面为经济发展提供良好的国际经济环境伴，随着利率市场化的发展，汇率制度的改革对其也有着巨大的影响。由于我国金融市场起步晚，基础差，使得许多汇率政策无法适应到中国现时经济中。商业银行作为汇率改革的重要参与者，其业务范围和层次受汇率制度的影响。自由的汇率制度和利率的自由化让商业银行面临更多不确定的因素，商业银行应该在保证固有资产不变的基础上加快培养储备专业人才，创造能够让商业银行积极应对汇率风险的有效的机制。本文从汇率与汇率制着手，着重在汇率制度对商业银行带来的影响这一方面，希望就提高我国商业银行应对汇率改革带来的风险时的应对能力与措施方面提出一些参考和帮助。49250

The influence of RMB exchange rate reform on China's commercial banks 

Abstract  In July 21, 2005, China began to implement a floating exchange rate system based . To fit the needs of the development of the market economy, exchange rate regulatory organ of the state promulgated many policies to manage the exchange rate, the level of China's exchange rate to maintain for a long time in the controllable range, to provide a stable international economic environment for the market economy. With the marketization of interest rate, the reform of exchange rate system also has a huge impact on it. Due to the late start of China's financial market, the foundation is poor, so many of the exchange rate policy can not adapt to China's current economy. Commercial bank as an important participant in the exchange rate reform, its business scope and level are influenced by the exchange rate system. Free exchange rate system and the interest rate liberalization of commercial banks to bring many unknown risks, commercial banks should be in ensuring the inherent asset invariant based on accelerated reserve talents cultivation, construct effective to deal with the exchange rate reform to the commercial banks to bring the mechanism of exchange rate risk. This paper from the exchange rate and exchange rate system to proceed, emphatically in the impact of exchange rate system of commercial bank to raise the risk of China's commercial banks to deal with exchange rate reform brings coping ability and measures put forward some reference and help.
