摘要当今国际教育服务贸易在市场上竞争十分激烈，但我国的教育服务贸易处于明显的劣势，与国外相比，我国对教育服务贸易这一方面的关注度和意识滞后，所以教育服务贸易的发展程度远远低于发达国家，贸易逆差严重。教育在国际竞争和现代社会生活中的地位越来越重要，各国对于教育服务贸易发展的关注度不断提高，所以教育服务贸易的国际化发展被早早地提上日程。但从国际上看，教育服务贸易发展很不平衡，西方发达国家出于面向国际市场输出本国教育的愿望强烈和教育全球化战略的需要，成为教育服务主要输出国，而发展中国家由于经济政治的制约，消费西方先进教育服务的意愿强烈和国内教育供需矛盾严重，成为教育服务的主要进口国。48180

本研究结合我国教育服务贸易现状，将比较优势理论、波特的竞争优势理论等融入到教育服务贸易国际竞争力的理论分析框架中去；然后，在我国教育服务贸易发展的现状总结以及比较研究的基础上，系统的分析了造成这个问题的主要因素，并对我国教育服务贸易国际竞争力进行实证分析。

最后在上述的基础上，针对制约我国教育服务发展的影响因素以及教育产业发展特点，提出了相关对策，这对于提升我国教育服务贸易竞争力有着重要意义。

英文摘要

 International education service trade in the market today is very competitive, but China's education service trade in obvious disadvantage, compared with abroad, in this aspect of the attention and the lag of consciousness to education service trade in China.So the development of education service trade is far lower than developed countries, and the trade deficit.The position of education in the international competition and the modern social life becomes more and more important, the increasing attention to the development of education service trade, so the internationalization of education service trade development is on the agenda early on.But looking from the international, education service trade development is not balanced.The western developed countries to face the international market for its output country education strong desire and the need of education globalization strategy, become the main exporting countries education service.But developing countries as a result of the economic and political constraints, the advanced western education service consumption willing and serious imbalance between supply and demand of domestic education, become a major importer of education services.

This study combined with the status quo of education service trade in China, and the comparative advantage theory and porter's competitive advantage theory will put into the education service trade international competitiveness theory to analysis framework;Then, the current situation of the education service trade development in our country, on the basis of summary and comparison research, system analysis of the main factors of the problem, and the empirical analysis of China's education service trade international competitiveness.

Finally on the basis of the above, the influencing factors of restricting the development of our country education service and education industry development characteristics, puts forward the related countermeasures.And it has important significance for China's education service trade competitiveness.
