中小企业国际贸易融资问题研究

摘要：中小企业国际贸易融资问题一直是备受关注的问题，解决中小企业融资问题，对我国国民经济的发展至关重要。本文通过对中小企业国内外融资现状的进行分析，指出了我国中小企业融资过程中存在的各方面的问题，比如贷款融资难、担保融资难、上市融资难、债券发行难、民间借贷难等。针对这些问题分别从企业自身的实力以及信用度、担保体系、信贷秩序、相关法规以及规范民间融资等方面分别提出了相应的改善措施。不断优化我国中小企业融资环境，促进我国中小企业的健康快速发展。36692

Abstract: The financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises has been concerned for a long time, It is important for the development of national economy in china to solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise here, through the analysis of the financing situation of the small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad, it pointed out that the existence of the financing problems of small and medium sized enterprises in China , such as loan financing difficulties, the difficulties of secured financing and appeared on the market, the difficulty of bond.; the difficulty of private lending. Put forward the corresponding improvement measures from the enterprises, guarantee system, order, relevant laws and regulations and standardize the financing to solve these problems respectively. the financing environment of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country will be optimized to promote the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country in healthy.

   前言
中小企业在经济和社会发展起着决定性的作用，因为其具有数量大，有创新活力的特点。它的持续稳定发展对增加就业、保持经济增长动力、技术创新和经济结构调整等有着重要意义；但在看近年来我国中小企业的长期发展时，我们看到中小企业继续发展面临着种种障碍，而融资难和融资贵就是一个长期没有得到有效解决的问题。因此，分析中小企业在国内外的发展现状，并以此次提出建议和措施，来缓解中小企业的融资难现状，搞活金融和实体经济，也是非常重要的。在市场经济体制改革的不断推进的同时，我国中小企业已经得到较快地发展。据统计，自2008-2013年底，中小企业数量由2198.6万家增加为6091.9万(注册企业1527.8万户；个体工商户4564.1万户)。在数量增加的同时，中小企业的业务领域也由以往的加工制造、批发零售，加快了向高新技术、现代服务等知识密集型和资本密集型行业进军的步伐，解决了大量的就业压力。但是在快速发展的同时，制约中小企业继续发展的瓶颈——资金问题至今没有得到很好地解决。本文在剖析我国中小企业在国内市场外发展现状的同时，对其未来的发展提出了有效的措施和建议。在分析中我们可以逐渐看到中小企业在各方面的发展状况。中小企业国际贸易融资问题研究:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_35252.html
