在对国内外相关研究进行梳理、综述之后，本文对我国融资融券交易的现状进行了概述。接着，就融资融券如何影响股市质量进行了理论概括和总结。然后，选择我国深圳市场2011年至2012年的样本资料，就融资融券对股市波动性和流动性影响进行了实证分析。结果表明，融资融券交易可以降低股票市场的波动性，融资影响大于融券。另一方面，融资融券交易对于股票市场的流动性影响不显著。
