摘要第二次世界大战后各国都在积极重建，经济上得到了恢复，各国之间经济往来也越来越频繁，国际之间贸易量与日俱增。在此期间，一种新的贸易模式引起了专家们的注意，即一国在出口一类产品的同时又进口同一类的产品。这种新的贸易模式对传统贸易模式产生了显著的影响，经济学家们纷纷展开研究，产业内贸易理论开始不断丰富。46467
在本文的第一部分介绍了研究背景和目的以及意义。本文第二部分详尽分析了中国和韩国电子产业内贸易规模和结构。第三部分整理计算有关人均收入差距，韩国对华直接投资和规模经济的数据，采用单位根ADF检验和最小二乘法进行回归分析，得出影响中韩电子产品产业内贸易水平的显著因素。
本文通过以上实证分析，提出有利于国家和企业的建议，并对建议进行丰富的扩展，以确保建议能够行之有效。

ABSTRACT
Second World War gave birth to high technology applications, with the commercialization of technology applications, international trade between the country growing. During this period, a new type of trade was born quietly, that is, import and export of similar products happen at the same time. This new trade theory to the traditional trade mode has the impact of subversion, economists began to study it, the theory of intra industry trade began to rise.
In the first part, we introduce the background, purpose and significance of the research. In the second part we introduce the structure and size of China and South Korea.In third part, we calculate the data of per captia income, foreign direct investment and economies of scale. Using ADF unit root test and the method of least squares regression analysis, trying to work out which factors influence intra industry trade between China and South.
According to the above analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the country and enterprises, and extends the proposal to ensure the effective.
