电子商务使国际贸易交易成本大大降低，交易效率明显提高，拓展了第三方交易平台，使企业的竞争能力和我国的就业机会有了很大的发展空间，它正建立起一种新式的经济贸易秩序，将已有的成型的世界贸易体系和纪律从新改版。当前我进出口总额居于世界第一，怎样在电子商务大浪潮之下，迎难而上，把握机遇，应对挑战，充分利用电子商务带来的积极影响，防止它带来的不利方面，怎么样即时的解决电子商务领域发展出现的问题，采取哪些措施才能快速的让我国的电子商务发展的脚步跟上时代和世界的步调，迈上世界贸易强国的步伐，是撰写这篇论文的原因和目的。
本文通过使用规范和案例分析法总结了近几年国内外电子商务的状况，在运用提出的电子商务应用理论基础分析实际案例，通过收集近几年外贸和电子商务的相关数据，对我国外贸行业应用电子商务的状况和未来的发展情况进行探究，并在此基础上深入剖析了电子商务对我国外贸企业的重大影响。
