摘要世界金融危机带来的经济衰退、人民币升值、劳动成本上升使得传统的国际贸易方式不再适应原来的发展，跨境电子商务迅速成为我国企业扩大海外市场的首选。本文首先分析了当前我国跨境电子商务的发展现状、特点，在此基础上深入分析了当前我国跨境电子商务的主要运营模式与传统的贸易模式区别，得出跨境电子商务主要通过降低搜索成本、协议成本、订约成本和履行成本等方式来降低整个交易过程中的交易成本。我国电子商务的发展虽然起步比较晚，但是增长速度较快，全球电子商务的蓬勃发展给我国跨境电子商务的发展带来机遇的同时也带来了极大的挑战，为保证我国跨境电商健康快速的发展，我国应积极借鉴国外电商发展的成功经验，不断加强对跨境电商的监管和支持，增强企业的竞争力。45535

Abstract
World financial crisis recession, RMB appreciation, rising labor costs make traditional international trade don’t fit the original developmentany more, cross-border e-commerce is rapidly becoming the first choice of Chinese enterprises to expand overseas markets. This paper analyzes the current development status of China's cross-border e-commerce features, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the current cross-border e-commerce of Chinese main business model with the traditional business model differences, drawn mainly by reducing cross-border e-commerce search costs, the cost of the agreement, the contracting costs and compliance costs and other ways to reduce the overall transaction process transaction costs. Although the development of e-commerce started relatively late, but faster growth, booming global e-commerce to the development of cross-border e-commerce opportunities, it also brings a great challenge, to ensure that our cross-border electricity healthy and rapid development providers, China should actively learn from the successful experience of foreign electricity supplier development, and continue to strengthen the supervision of cross-border electricity supplier and support, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
