摘 要：近年来，绿色能源产业以其可再生性、清洁性、安全性等显著特点成为我国环境保护和能源战略的主攻方向，由于我国新能源资源丰富，政府扶持力度大，致使国内绿能产业在国际市场环境中具有一定的成本优势和规模优势，但在市场机制、产业管理以及最为关键的核心技术问题上却仍显不足，严重制约着我国绿能产业的发展。鉴此，以国家产业竞争优势理论为视角，分析我国绿能产业在人力资源、自然资源、资本资源、规模设施等生产要素上所具有的竞争优势以及在市场、技术、体制机制上所存在的问题，并在此基础上提出一些对策建议。36537

前言
