摘要在人口老龄化日益严峻的形式下，人们急需多元化的养老方式。作为一种新型的养老方式，“以房养老”对于我国目前的养老模式将会是一种有益的补充。本文以杭州市上城区湖滨街道为例，通过问卷调查、访谈等方法，了解杭州市居民对“以房养老”模式的态度和参与意愿，以及杭州市政府在推行“以房养老”模式中所做的工作和尝试，从而分析政府促进“以房养老”模式在杭州推行的可行性和推行过程中存在的阻碍。在对“以房养老”推行的可行性和阻碍分析的基础上，借鉴国内外成功和失败的经验教训，结合我国的具体情况，探讨出一种适合我国国情的“以房养老”模式。44240

With the aging of population becoming more serious, people need persified ways of old-age care. As a new-style way of old-age care, the emergence and introduction of “House-For-Pension”pattern would be a useful supplement for our country current pension model. In this paper, i will take Hangzhou uptown hubin street as an example, through the questionnaire survey, interview methods, understanding of Hangzhou city residents’ attitude and willingness to “House-For-Pension” and Hangzhou government’s work and attempts in practicing of  “House-For-Pension”, to analyze the possibility and hinder of government to promote “House-For-Pension”pattern. On this basis, drawing on lessons learned from the successes and failures at home and abroad, combined with our country’s specific conditions, explore a suitable mode of “House-For-Pension” for China’s national conditions.
