摘要从1978年开始，我国的经济得到了飞速的发展，国际地位不断上升。据统计，2014年我国的GDP已经达到了636463亿元，较往年增长率7.4%，位居世界第二位；进出口贸易较2013年，出口同比增长8%～9%，进口增长7.5%上下，现今的中国，已是世界第二大经济体、全球第二大贸易国，外汇储备遥居世界第一[1]；但是与近几年飞速上升的国际经济地位相比，我国在国际金融市场的地位却不尽人意。以在全球货币体系中人民币的地位为例，到2013年1月为止，人民币在国际支付比例中排名只是排在第十三位，落后于传统世界货币如美元、英镑、欧元、日元之类，甚至还不如泰铢、澳元等国家经济规模小的货币[2]。28887
