摘要: 在当今全球经济多元化发展的大背景下，跨国企业的发展成为发达国家与发展中国家共同关心的一个课题。我国跨国企业要想在经济全球化的经济体中更广泛、更深层次地参与国际竞争与合作，在国际竞争的大舞台上求得生存与发展，就需要找出自身发展中存在的问题，并有效的解决这些问题。我国跨国企业跨国经营在取得良好成绩的同时，也面临着对外投资结构不合理、国际化水平低、技术落后等问题。针对以上问题，积极制定出完善的管理体制、改善投资结构、研究开发新产品等对策，不断促推进我国跨国企业持续、稳定、健康发展。25042

Analysis of The Current Situation And Problems of The Development of China's Multinational Enterprises
Abstract: In today's persified development under the background of global economy, multinational companies become the developed countries and developing countries a topic of common concern. Our transnational enterprises to participate in international competition and cooperation in economy globalization in broader, deeper, survive and develop in the international competition, we need to find out the existing problems during its developing, and solve these problems effectively. Our transnational enterprises to obtain good results at the same time, is also faced with the problem of foreign investment is not reasonable, low levels of internationalization, backward technology etc.. in view of the above problems, making a perfect management system, improve the investment structure, research and development structure, research and development of new products and so on, promoting continuous, stable, healthy development of Chinese transnational enterprises.
