摘要:良好的行为习惯是树立学生健康人格的前提，是做人的基本。但是，在现实生活中，小学生不良行为习惯屡见不鲜，表现为对父母缺少尊重与关爱，自理能力差，缺乏自主学习的习惯；不安心学习，性格极端，恶意毁损学校公物；不知礼让，公共秩序意识淡薄，故意毁损公物。上述问题成因是家庭结构不健全，父母没有做到率先垂范，家庭的教育方式简单粗暴；教育导向问题，教师教育方式不当。转化小学生不良行为习惯，应制定家规，不溺爱不纵容；多赏识，少指责，营造良好家庭氛围；重视教师的作用；改变传统育人导向，加强德育建设；学校要及时与家长沟通。9804

The Cause and Measure for the Pupils' bad Habits
Abstract: Owing good habits in behavior is premier condition for students to develop their healthy character. However, to the student in primary school, there are still some uncivilized behaviors, including being lack of respect and care to their parents , poor self-care ability , little interest in learning even some student has extreme character, in their mind ,they do not have the thinking of modesty decline ,sometimes they will do some immoral things on purpose. The reason why what ha been mentioned is that their family instruction is not perfect. that means their family don’t set a good example in their behavior, but with a simple and crude method to instruct their children, some children gradually do not distinguish which behavior is right ,in is a really important issue to every children and parents. in order to change this phenomenon, the parents should do more in their behaviors to influence their children, and don’t spoil them but give them more instructions. in this process, the teachers and school also play a important role, so the school should keep communicate to the parents.

小学生不良行为习惯的成因及对策小学教育的主要任务是为新一代全面素质的提高奠定基础，而素质教育的基础首先是建立在做人的基础上。强调小学行为规范的养成，是小学教育这一基础教育任务所决定的。[1]良好的行为习惯是树立学生健康人格的前提，是做人的基本。小学生正处在人的发展的起始阶段，小学生的认知水平低协调性不高，如若稍不注意，其行为就可能向不文明、不道德的方向发展，而不良习惯一经养成就很难改变。培养学生良好的行为习惯极为重要，改变学生的不良习惯也同样重要。
