摘要：目前来说，伴随学校扩招，大学生较以往也越来越普遍，这无疑加大了目前的就业压力。俗话说，学习效果的好坏取决于学习动机。如何清楚地了解，以及能够对学习动机进行恰当的分析，是提高学生学习效率的关键，同时也是各大高校提高教育教学的核心点之一。本文以问卷调查为主，对当前大学生学习动机状况进行了调查，并分析了大学生学习动机在性别、专业、年级、生源地等的不同，进而从大学生自身和高校培养等方面提出了激发与培养大学生学习动机的策略。65394

Abstract: For now, with enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, college students are becoming more and more popular than ever before and it also undoubtedly increased the pressure of employment.As the saying goes, the stand or fall of learning depends on learning motivation.How clear understanding,motivation and ability to carry out appropriate analysis, is the key to improve college students' learning efficiency,but also one of the core point of major colleges and universities to improve education.This paper surveys the main motivation for the current state of college students conducted a survey and analysis of college students’ motivation to learn different gender,major,grade,new students, and then put forward to stimulate and train the students themselves and universities in terms of training students motivations.
