论新时期高校班级文化建设

摘要：班级文化建设是高校建设最基础的一个环节，它作为一个新的德育模式，在高校建设中起着至关重要的作用。学生良好的价值观、思想道德、行为准则的形成都有赖于班级文化建设。新时期，随着社会的飞速发展，人才需求的日益转变，高校班级文化建设也急需进行改善。为了让高校班级文化符合学生身心及个性发展的需要、符合社会的需求、跟上时代发展的步伐，本文将从物质文化、精神文化、制度文化三个方面对高校班级文化建设进行探究，分析当今高校班级建设存在的问题，阐释强化高校班级建设的相应对策。56388

Abstract：Construction of class culture in colleges is the most basic aspect of the construction of colleges.As a new model of moral education,it plays the most important role in construction of colleges.The development of good values,moral,behavioral norms of students depends on the construction of class culture.In the new period,with the rapid development of society,the demand of talents is transforming.So,the construction of class culture in colleges is in urgent need of improvement.In order to make the construction to meet with the needs of students’ body,mind and personality, in line with the needs of society, the construction of class culture in colleges will be explored in three aspects including material culture, spiritual culture and institutional culture in this article.Moreover,this article will analyze problems in the construction of class culture in colleges and explain the countermeasures in how to strengthen the construction.
