教育现代化背景下初中班主任信息素养培养研究

摘要：实现教育现代化是我国社会主义现代化建设的目标之一。要实现教育的现代化，必须首先实现教师的现代化。而信息时代呼唤教育现代化，教育现代化又需要具备高信息化素养的教师。在信息技术日新月异的时代，提升教师的信息素养是培养现代化教师队伍的关键，也是推进教育现代化进程的前提。班主任作为一个班级的主要管理者，在教育学生的过程中起着关键甚至决定性的作用，这就要求其信息素养也必须与教育现代化的目标一致。在教育现代化的背景下，通过对初中班主任信息素养现状的调查与分析，提出了解决这些问题的办法，从而实现初中班主任角色的转换，这不仅提高了教师队伍的素质，拓宽了教师的发展道路，同时，对培养学生的创新意识，培养创新型人才都具有重要的意义。56061

1.1研究的背景与意义

教育是一个民族最根本的事业，从长远观点看，教育是国家发展的大计，因为经济发展和社会进步离不开科技，科学技术是第一生产力，而科技的发展又依赖全民族文化水平的提高。科教兴国为我国现代化建设开辟了一条以人为本的发展道路。21世纪初，在信息化、科技化以及经济全球化的背景下，我国为了发展本国的科技与经济，提出了教育现代化的口号。
