摘要：进入21世纪，人类发展进入了一个新的阶段，重视人的全面发展，重视学生完整的人格培养，是当代教育的重要目标。而素质教育倡导教育要面向全体，全面发展。在知识获得的同时重视学生能力的培养。因而培养小学生的自我管理能力也是我国当前改革教育的一个重要课题。本文根据当代小学生自我管理的现状以及存在的误区，分析小学生自我管理能力欠缺的原因，提出了小学生自我管理能力培养的方法建议。53849
