摘要目的:探讨大学生专业认同、专业承诺与自我控制的相关性,及专业承诺在专业认同和自我控制之间的中介作用。方法:采用问卷调查法对317名在校大学生进行调查研究。结果:(1)大学生的专业认同整体处于中等偏上水平(M=3.45>3),具体来说,专业认同在专业选择、成绩水平因素上存在显著差异(P<0.01;P<0.05)。(2)大学生的专业承诺整体处于中等偏上水平(M=3.41>3),具体来说,专业承诺在专业选择、成绩水平因素上存在显著差异(P<0.01;P<0.05)。(3)大学生的自我控制整体处于中等偏上水平(M=3.67>3),自我控制在专业选择因素上不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。(4)大学生的专业认同、专业承诺和自我控制之间两两显著正相关(P<0.01),而且内部各维度之间均呈现显著的正相关。(5)专业承诺在专业认同和自我控制之间起完全中介作用,中介率为75.85%。结论:专业认同可以通过专业承诺对自我控制进行有效预测。50154

A Study on the Relationship between Professional Identity, Professional Commitment and Self Control of College Students

Abstract Objective: To explore the relationship between College Students' professional identity, professional commitment and self-control, and the mediating role of professional commitment in professional identity and self control. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 317 college students. Results: (1) the college students' professional identity of the whole in medium partial level (M=3.45 > 3) and, in particular, professional identity in the professional choice and achievement level factors exist significant difference (P < 0.01; P < 0.05), (2) college students' professional commitment as a whole in medium partial level (M=3.41 > 3) and, in particular, the professional commitment in the professional choice, level of achievement factors exist significant difference (P < 0.01; P < 0.05). (3) college students' self control is in the middle level (M=3.67 > 3), and there is no significant difference between self control in professional selection (P > 0.05). (4) among the university students' professional identity, professional commitment and self-control have significant positive correlation and the internal dimensions(P < 0.01). (5) professional commitment plays a complete intermediary role between professional identity and self-control, and the intermediary rate is 75.85%. Conclusion: professional identity can be effectively predicted by professional commitment to self control.
