摘要本文参考了体重控制行为调查问卷及社会支持评定量表对不同性别的大学生体重控制行为与社会支持的关系进行分析研究，为大学生构建合理健康的体重控制行为提供可靠依据。结果发现：江苏师范大学大学生体重健康状况总体良好，但体重认识及体重控制行为存在误区；不同性别大学生在饮食行为特征有较大差异；不同性别大学生在运动行为、寻求外部支持行为维度及社会支持各维度上均无显著差异；不同性别大学生体重控制行为中寻求外部支持行为维度与社会支持中的社会支持利用度维度存在明显的相关关系。43412

Different gender college students' weight control behaviors and the research of social support 

Abstract

This paper reference the weight-control behavior questionnaire and social support rating scale for college students of different gender weight control behaviors and the relationship between social support and analysis, Reasonable for college students to build a healthy weight control behaviors to provide reliable basis,the results showed that:Jiangsu normal university college students' health condition overall is good, the weight but weight misunderstanding and weight control behaviors exist; Eating behavior characteristics has great difference between different gender college students; Exercise behavior among university students, seeking external support behavior dimension and the dimension of social support had no significant difference; Different gender college students seeking external support behavior dimensions of weight control behaviors and social support of social support utilization degree had obvious correlation dimension.
