摘要我国社会尤其重视对初中生的品德养成，而榜样教育是品德养成中的一个常用且重要的方法之一。然而，现今对中学生进行榜样教育的过程中却存在诸多问题:学生对榜样的理解出现偏差；榜样教育只是使学生的行为符合榜样；榜样教育导致学生自我的丧失等等。只有通过理性地认识榜样教育的内涵并且重视学生的主体作用，同时联系时代特征与生活，才能真正发挥榜样教育的实效性。41121

Analysis of the model education problems and countermeasures in Junior middle school student’s moral cultivation
Abstract Our society pays particular attention to the moral development of middle school students,and model education is one of the most popular and important methods in moral cultivation. However, nowadays, there are many problems in the process of model education of middle school students: understanding deviations of the role model; model education which only makes students' behavior accord with their role model; model education giving rise to the loss of students' ego and so on. These problems have seriously weakened the positive effects of model education. Only through understanding rationally of the connotation of the model education, attaching importance to the main role of the students, and contacting time characteristics and life, can the effectiveness of moral education be achieved.

榜样教育自古以来就是我国道德教育的重要途径之一，《诗经》中的“高山景行”，孔子的“见贤思齐”，老子的“行不言之教”，这些思想至今仍具有强大的影响力，被世人津津乐道。毋庸置疑，其对今天的榜样教育仍具有深远的启示。如今，我国的社会主义核心价值体系也对道德教育做出一定要求，并在新课标中强调要以“德育为先”。道德需要通过榜样来彰显。思想品德教育中包括的常用的方法就有榜样教育法。鉴于榜样教育对形成良好的社会风气有独特作用，对提高初中生的道德品质有引领作用，对青少年品德的养成有促进作用，加之青少年时期，初中生正处于良好道德品质养成的重要时期，其三观的可塑性强，考虑多方面因素，可见榜样教育任重道远。然而，在社会快速发展、物欲纵横的今天，各种观念、文化相互激荡、相互影响，昔日的榜样难以发挥其积极作用，榜样被概念化、抽象化，榜样教育效果式微，初中生品德养成困难重重。与此同时，根据相关调查显示：“1998年，青少年罪犯总数是208076人，占刑事罪犯总数的比例为39.4%；2000年，青少年罪犯总数增长至220981人。2008年，青少年罪犯总数达到近年来的峰值，上升到322061人；2010年青少年罪犯总数为287978人。” 青少年犯罪总数高位徘徊，犯罪主体低龄化等现象无不揭示出了令人担忧的青少年道德问题，这些出现的道德问题足以让老师家长引起高度重视，促进初中生品德养成势在必行。 初中生品德养成中榜样教育存在的问题和对策:http://www.751com.cn/jiaoxue/lunwen_41074.html
