摘要：本文运用时间取样观察法、事件取样观察法和访谈法，针对河南省Z市幼儿园中班幼儿告状行为进行数据统计，从中班幼儿的不同活动类型、告状类型、性别、告状内容等多个角度进研究调查，得出幼儿告状中存在的问题，从而分析出幼儿告状行为的三个原因：周围人和事物的评价、周边环境、教师的权威。在此基础上，提出幼儿告状行为的建议：创设适宜的环境；发挥教师的作用。36621

Research on present kinder garden middle class children’s complain behavior--kindergarten in Z city of Henan province as an example
     Abstract: In this paper, time sampling observation, event sampling observation and interviews will be used to statistical date for the kindergarten in Z city of Henan province middle class children’s complain behavior, in order to find out the problem that existed in children’s complain behavior the researcher through multiple perspectives, for instance, different types of activities, complain type and gender, accordingly, three main reason of children complain behavior are indicated: the evaluation of people and thing around, surrounding environment, and teacher’s authority. On this basis, propose to kindergarten children complain behavior: creating a comfortable environment, and play a positive role of teachers.

（一）幼儿告状行为的概念
     幼儿告状行为是幼儿在与同伴交往中与同伴发生冲突，其目的是为了文护自己利益、他人的利益或者文护规则。
（二）幼儿告状行为的原因
