摘要本文探究了系列化 PDAC(聚丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵)产物的结构与性能(主要是热稳定性)之间的关系。采用水溶液合成法,在文献中最佳工艺条件下 仅改变单体投放比例,制备出较高单体转化率的不同特征黏度值的系列化 PDAC 产 物。 并对系列产物进行红外核磁等结构表征,对系列产物进行TG—DSC-D TA热分析测试。结果表明系列聚合物中各基团和不同氢核的检测观反映出双键 的消失,热分析测试中直观反映出系列产物拥有类似的分解阶段,且分三个阶段 分解。说明聚合反映完全发生,其中第二阶段随黏度值增大的分解焓和分解活化 能表明了系列产物黏度越高其热稳定性越高。68417

Title :  The relationship between structure and properties of  PDAC series products

Abstract

The relationship between the structure and properties (mainly is the thermal stability) of a series of poly acryloyloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (PDAC) are studied in this paper.A series of PDAC products with the different intrinsic viscosity and high monomer conversion could be obtained using an aqueous solution polymerization, only changing the monomer mass in the optimum conditions in the literature.At the same time, the products were characterized by IR and 1H-NMR, and were tested by TG-DSC-DTA thermal analysis 。The results show that, different chemical functional group and hydrogen nucleus were detected in series of polymers, which intuitively reflected the disappearance of double bonds,there were there decomposition stages (3stages) , which were similar, reflected intuitively by thermal analysis.The results reflected that the polymerization were completed ,and in second stage, decomposition enthalpies and decomposition activation energies were increased while the intrinsic viscosity increased. It could be known that the higher intrinsic viscosity, the better thermostability the product had.
