摘要本论文主要研究了不同牌号溴化丁基橡胶的结构与性能。分别采用1H-核磁共振方法和门尼粘度计对不同牌号BIIR生胶的溴含量和门尼粘度进行了表征测定,并对BIIR硫化胶的硫化性能、力学性能、耐热性和耐寒性等进行了分析和比较。通过对各项性能进行测定和分析,结果表明:国产BIIR生胶的溴含量是最高的,BIIR2255生胶的门尼粘度是最大的。硫化速度最快的是BIIR2255。BIIR2255的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和撕裂强度都是最大的,BIIR2222的M300值是最高的。此外,各种牌号BIIR硫化胶的热稳定性都相差不大,但相比BIIR生胶都有了很大幅度的提升。各种牌号BIIR的玻璃化转变温度都相差不大。8983

Title   Structure and Properties   Of Bromobutyl rudders                   
Abstract
Structure and properties of the different grades of bromobutyl rudder have been studied in this work. The methods of 1H-NMR and mooney viscometer were used in this study to investigate bromine content and mooney viscosity respectively, and we also studied the performance of different grades of bromobutyl rudder vulcanizates, which involved cure properties, mechanical properties and thermal properties. Compared with a series of performance, we find that the bromine content of the bromobutyl rudder which made in China is the highest, and for the 2255 brominated butyl rudder, mooney viscosity is the largest. The cure rate of the 2255 brominated butyl rudder is the fastest, and the slowest is the one made in China. For the mechanical properties, the best one is the 2255 brominated butyl rudder, which also has better tensile strength and tear strength. Moreover, the thermal stability of the various grades of bromobutyl rudder vulcanizates are similar, but it has improved greatly compare to the raw rudder. The glass transition temperature of the various grades of bromobutyl rudder are basically similar.
