摘要硝化废水具有毒性大、可生化性差等特点。本文采用电催化法处理硝基苯模拟废水和实际工业废水。用气相色谱法,气质联用等方法检测污染物及产物,阐明硝基苯污染物在电催化处理过程中的变化规律。改变电流密度、溶液pH值、废水初始浓度、电解质种类和浓度等因素,获得电催化处理硝化废水的最佳工艺条件。用TOC、COD、UV254、硝基含量等指标评价电催化法对实际工业废水的处理效果。比较先还原后氧化相对于直接氧化处理对于废水各项指标去除率的差别。64144

    研究表明,电催化处理对于硝基苯(NB)模拟废水有很好的处理效果,对实际工业废水处理效果也较好。其中,先还原后氧化方法效果显著,而直接氧化方法效果较差。检测到苯胺类物质是主要的电催化还原产物。电流密度、溶液pH值、废水初始浓度、电解质种类和浓度对于先还原后氧化方法影响不大,但对直接氧化方法有显著的影响。较高的电流密度,使用硫酸钠作为电解质会取得更好的电催化效果。pH为中性和酸性分别有利于电催化还原-氧化和直接氧化。

Title   Study on the Electrochemical Reduction-Oxidation  of Nitrification Wastewater 

Abstract Nitrification wastewater has characteristics of high toxicity and poor biodegradability. In this paper, electro-catalytic treatment of nitrobenzene wastewater and industrial wastewater was studied. GC and GC/MS were used to detect pollutants and products. Transformation mechanism of nitrobenzene pollutants in the electro-catalytic process was elucidate. Changing the current density, pH value, initial concentration of water, type and concentration of the electrolyte, we obtained the optimum conditions for electrical catalytic treatment to nitrification wastewater. TOC, COD, UV254 and nitryl content were detected to evaluate the actual industrial wastewater treatment effect. We also compared the difference of wastewater removal between oxidation after reduction and direct oxidation.

Studies have shown that electro-catalytic process has a good treatment effect for NB simulated wastewater and actual industrial waste water. Oxidation after reduction  process is remarkable, and direct oxidation process less effective. Aniline, as main electro-catalytic reduction product, was detected. Current density, pH, initial concentration of water, the electrolyte type and concentration have little effect on oxidation after reduction, but a significant effect on direct oxidation. Higher current density and sodium sulfate as the electrolyte will get better electro-catalytic effect. Neutral and acidic pH contribute to electro-catalytic reduction-oxidation and direct oxidation respectively.
