摘 要:采用“浸浆法”在管状多孔α-Al2O3支撑体上制备了TiO2-纳米凹凸棒石陶瓷微滤膜,研究了二氧化钛含量对膜微结构、膜强度、膜孔径及分布和渗透性能的影响,优化了TiO2-纳米凹凸棒石陶瓷微滤膜的制备工艺。结果表明:二氧化钛颗粒能均匀分散在纳米凹凸棒石中,并有效增强纳米凹凸棒石纤维间的颈部连接;随着涂膜时间的增长,膜层变厚,膜孔径和纯水通量呈下降趋势,膜层厚度与涂膜时间的1/2次方呈线性关系;随着二氧化钛含量的增多,膜层的孔隙率和比表面积逐渐降低,而陶瓷膜的孔径和纯水通量呈先减小后增大的趋势;一定量二氧化钛的添加提高了TiO2-纳米凹凸棒石陶瓷微滤膜的强度,但是在二氧化钛含量超过0.5%之后,陶瓷膜的强度会减弱。在二氧化钛含量为0.25%时,陶瓷膜的孔径为0.16μm,纯水通量达到了815L·m-2·h-1·bar-1。66462

Abstract:In this paper, TiO2-nano attapulgite ceramic microfiltration membrane with a separation of attapulgite nanofibers and TiO2 was fabricated by a dip-coating process on the inner surface of the ɑ–alumina tubular supports. Study on the effects of the content of TiO2 on the micro structure, strength, pore size and distribution, permeability of the membrane for optimizing the preparation process of TiO2-nano attapulgite ceramic microfiltration membrane. The results showed that the attapulgite and TiO2 particles were dispersed uniformly. The thickness is thicker for the longer dipping time while the pore size and pure water flux of membrane decreased gradually. There was a good linear relationship between the thickness and dipping time of 1/2 square. With the increase of TiO2 content, porosity and specific surface area of membrane decreased gradually, when the pore size and the pure water flux of the ceramic membrane decreased firstly and then increased. A certain amount of TiO2 enhanced the strength of ceramic membrane, but when the content of TiO2 exceeded 1%, the strength of ceramic membrane weakened. When the content of TiO2 was 0.25%, the pore size and the pure water flux of ceramic membrane were 0.16 μm and 815 L·m-2·h-1·bar-1, respectively.
