摘要本文根据新X疆地区反X恐防爆形势和犯罪分子非法制造爆炸物品的特点，采取仿制爆炸物品、深入研究性能、有针对性的提出方案的思路，进行课题研究。选取一种典型配方的烟火药进行试验研究，主要是对该烟火药进行了摩擦、撞击感度测量、可燃、可爆性实验验证、安全销毁处理以及销爆处理方法简介。从烟火药的配方设计入手，说明烟火药制作工艺简单、安全控制难度大；通过介绍其各种性能，说明烟火药被不法分子用于制造暴B恐案件的可行性和危险性；通过介绍销爆技术，说明烟火药的可控性，并可直接用于指导实际工作，帮助公安机关完成销爆任务。本课题对于新X疆地区的反X恐防爆工作具有现实指导意义。 29008

Title The characteristics of the home-made explosives illegally
in xinJiang and the technology of ruining explosion
Abstract
According to the XinJiang regional anti-terrorism situation and the explosion-proof characteristics of criminals in the illicit manufacture of explosives, this paper develops the experimental study by adopting imitation explosives methods,doing in-depth study of the performance and presenting targeted ideas.Choosing a typical formulation of pyrotechnic to measure the impact and friction sensitivity，to verify it combustible and explosive,and make secure destruction.Starting from the formulation design of pyrotechnic explains pyrotechnic production process is simple, safe and difficult to control;Describing various of performance explains pyrotechnic used to make the case by violent criminals has feasibility and risk;Describing the technology of ruining explosion concludes controllability of pyrotechnic and It can be directly used to guide the practical work by helping police.This study has practical significance for the work of the Counter-Terrorism and Explosion-Proof in XinJiang.

21世纪以来，全球范围内爆炸恐K怖袭击事件频发，对世界和平与发展构成重大威胁。在我国，以“东D突”为代表的“三S股G势S力”多次采取爆炸手段制造了一系列恶性恐K怖事件，对国家安全、社会稳定和人民生命财产带来了严重危害。由于爆炸恐K怖活动隐蔽突发，爆炸装置形式多样，技术手段变化无常，所以反X恐防排爆技术作为世界性难题引起了各国政府的高度关注。于此同时，研究爆炸物品的特征、结构、组成就显得尤为重要，了解爆炸物品的各方面特性，针对性进行可制爆原料的管控，应对突发情况迅速掌握爆炸装置特征，准确判断并且及时进行数据分析，针对性找到销爆方法，对当代反X恐排爆，具有很大的现实意义，有利于新X疆地区文稳大局。 非法制造爆炸物品特征及销爆技术:http://www.751com.cn/huaxue/lunwen_24084.html
