摘要采用饥饿态半连续种子乳液聚合法,以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)作为复合乳化剂,以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)为含氟单体,以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和含氟单体作为原料,合成具有核壳结构的氟丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液,通过接触角测量仪、透射电镜(TEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和差式扫描量法(DSC)等分析手段对制备的共聚物结构和其疏水性能进行表征。结果表明:获得了BA/MMA/DFMA的共聚物乳液,且乳液具有明显的核壳结构,含氟共聚物具有好的疏水性,水的接触角最大达到102°,当含氟量为大于20%时疏水性基本不变。63842

Title  Prepared fluorinated acrylate copolymer and study its hydrophobic properties

Abstract The fluorinated acrylate copolymer emulsion with blue-fluorescence and core-shell structure was prepared by the starved semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization. The sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) and alkylphenol ethoxylates (OP-10) served as compound emulsifier , butyl acrylate (BA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as the non- fluorinated monomers , dodecafluoro- heptyl methacrylate(DFMA) served as the fluorinated monomers . The structure and hydrophobic properties of the prepared DFMA-BA-MMA copolymers were characterized by contact angel measurement , Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) , differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) . It was found that the fluorinated acrylate copolymers were the typical core-shell structure . The prepared DFMA-BA-MMA were found to be good copolymers with hydrophobicity , the most water contact angel is 102°. Finally ,  when the DFMA contain in the prepared DFMA-BA-MMA is 20%(wt) , the water contact angel most no change .
