摘要：本设计是处理牛皮纸板箱造纸废水即制浆造纸废水的设计，污水量为1 万m3/d，CODcr=4000mg/L、BOD5=800mg/L、NH3-N=30mg/L、TP=10mg/L。
经过对各生物法处理工艺的研究比较，确定采用SBR 工艺以及当出水水质达不到排放标准时采用后续的三级处理，以达到脱氮、除磷、降解有机物，获到更加干净清澈的出水水质的目的。SBR生物反应池是通过污水不断经过进水期、反应期、沉淀期、排水排泥期、闲置期这五个阶段，来达到污水净化处理的目的，最后污水进入三级设备消毒池，进行消毒处理，以到达进一步净化水质的目的。37501
根据确定的工艺流程，设计通过对格栅、曝气式沉砂池、调节池、混凝沉淀池、SBR 生物反应池、消毒池和污泥浓缩池等构筑物的主要尺寸的设计计算、水力损失计算及管路的计算，完成设计说明书、工艺流程图(含高层布置)、平面布置图和主体构筑物单体图。
本设计具有技术上可行、经济上合理的效果。投资费用为2068.65万元，运行费用414.48 万元/年。每吨水处理费用为1.12 元。本设计具有基建费用及运行费用较低，对现有设施的改造较容易，运行稳定，占地面积小，处理效果较好，二次污染少等优点，确保污水处理能够达标排放。污水处理构筑物整体布置紧凑、合理，以实用和美观相结合的总布成花园式污水处理厂，采用目前国内成熟、实用的处理工艺。
制浆污水经过该工艺处理以后，预计可达到《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》（GB3544-2008）中的排放标准， 即CODcr≦500mg/L ； BOD5≦30mg/L ；NH3-N≦20mg/L； TP≦8 mg/L，达到消除污染、实现保护环境、造福人类的目的。
