钢管用水性防腐蚀涂料的制备

摘要钢管在储存和运输方面都存在防腐蚀问题,特别是对外出口的钢管受盐雾腐蚀严重。本文制备了水性醇酸树脂自干漆和水性氨基醇酸树脂烘漆,并应用于钢的防腐蚀。

(1)制备了亚麻油型水性醇酸树脂自干漆,探讨了催干剂用量对漆膜干燥时间的影响,比较了以间苯二甲酸和邻苯二甲酸酐为多元酸制备的水性醇酸树脂清漆的漆膜性能。结果表明催干剂的用量占水性醇酸树脂质量分数的0.9%较佳,间苯二甲酸漆膜性能较邻苯二甲酸酐漆膜性能好。62988

(2)制备了水性氨基醇酸树脂烘漆,通过正交试验确定了制备水性氨基醇酸树脂清漆的最优工艺条件,结果为:水性醇酸树脂、氨基树脂和催干剂的质量比为:12:7:1,烘干温度为120℃。对比了烘漆和自干漆的漆膜性能,结果表明,烘漆在耐酸性、耐碱性、耐盐性和耐水解性等方面均明显优于自干漆。探讨了颜基比和PVC对漆膜干燥时间和防腐蚀性能的影响,结果表明随着颜基比的增大,涂料的干燥时间也降低,但是防腐蚀性也随之下降。最佳颜基比为0.8;随着PVC的增大,腐蚀情况也随之加重,CPVC约为0.52。对制备的水性氨基醇酸树脂烘漆进行了耐酸性、耐碱性、耐盐性、耐水解性等性能测试,各项性能均接近或达到国家标准。

Title  Preparation of waterborne anti-corrosion coating and its using on steel tube                                                                 

Abstract

Steel tube needs anti-corrosion both in storage and transportation, especially those are exported suffer severely corrosion from salt-spray. In this paper waterborne alkyd resin self-dry coating and waterborne amino-alkyd resin baking coating were prepared and used in steel for anti-corrosion.

(1) Linseed oil waterborne alkyd resin self-dry coating was prepared in this paper. The effect of dosage of the drier on the drying time was studied. The film performances of linseed oil waterborne alkyd resin varnish which were prepared by isophthalic acid and phthalic anhydride respectively were compared. Results show that the dosage of drier that takes account for 0.9 percent of the mass fraction of waterborne alkyd resin is better, and the film performances of isophthalic acid acts is better than that of phthalic anhydride.

(2) In this paper waterborne amino-alkyd resin baking coating was prepared.The optimal technology conditions of preparing waterborne amino-alkyd resin baking coating was obtained through orthogonal test. The conclusion is that the mass ratio of waterborne alkyd resin, amino-alkyd resin and drier is 12:7:1, and baking temperature is 120℃.The film performances between baking coating and self-dry coating were compared , Results show that baking coating superiors to self-dry coating in the aspects of acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt tolerance and

resistance to hydrolysis, etc. The effects of P/B ratio and PVC affected on drying time and anti- corrosion were studied, results show that with the increase of P/B ratio, the drying time of the coating reduces as well as the anti-corrosion, the best P/B ratio is 0.8. With the increase of PVC, corrosion aggravates, and CPVC is about 0.52. At last the performances of waterborne amino-alkyd resin baking coating such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt tolerance and resistance to hydrolysis were investigated, and these performances are all close to or reach the national standard.
