摘要:本实验采用乳液聚合法以PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)为壁材和分别以十八烷与十四烷为芯材制成微胶囊。并利用电子显微镜、红外光谱、热重分析等检测技术对制备的相变微胶囊的形态特征、结构、热稳定性等物理特性进行分析与表征。针对温度与引发剂对PMMA相变微胶囊的影响进行优化实验,最终结果为PMMA相变微胶囊在引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为0.3g,温度为85℃时才是最优条件。固-液相变储能材料(PCMs)是目前研究最多的一类,然而直接制约其应用的关键问题是在使用过程中液态PCMs的泄漏问题,解决这一问题的主要方法之一就是采用微胶囊化技术将PCMs封装在壳体材料中。57645

The effect of reaction temperature to PMMA phase change microcapsules

Abstract:In this study, the emulsion polymerization was used to PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) as the wall material and the core material were made of n-octadecane and n-tetradecane. And use of biological microscopes, infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis techniques such as testing essence microcapsules morphology, composition and thermal performance analysis and characterization.The effects of temperature and initiator on the PMMA phase change microcapsules were optimized. The final results for the PMMA phase change microcapsules in the initiator 2,2-Azobis (AIBN) for 0.3g, the temperature is 85℃ is the best condition.Solid-Liquid Phase change materials (PCMs) currently becomes frequently used for latent heat storage applications. However, the PCMs leakage problems restricted their further application. The most popular method to solve this problem is to use micro-capsulation technology, the advantages of which include  reduction of the PCMs reactivity towards the outside environment and controllable volume variation of the heat storage materials during the phase changing processes.
