摘要:本文利用高温固相法制备Li6.52La2.98Ba0.02Zr1.9Y0.1Al0.2O12电解质,研究烧结温度、保温时间、锂盐种类、埋粉含量等分别对制备产物的性能与结构的影响。并通过ICP-OES、XRD和SEM等分别对所制备的电解质进行表征。得到制备Li6.52La2.98Ba0.02Zr1.9Y0.1Al0.2O12电解质的较佳工艺条件:烧结温度为1190℃、 保温时间为12h、锂盐种类为碳酸锂、埋粉含量为2g。该条件下所得电解质的电导率为σ=2.96×10-4 Scm-1、相对致密度和收缩率分别为94.19%和18.61%。 ICP-OES结果显示制备的电解质的分子式为:Li6.52La2.98Ba0.02Zr1.9Y0.1Al0.2O12。烧结温度在1160oC~1900oC时、保温时间在6h-15h时、锂盐种类为LiNO3、LiOH、Li2CO3和Li2C2O4、埋粉含量在2g-8g时,制备的电解质均为立方相石榴石结构。烧结温度在1180oC~1900oC时、保温时间在12h-18h时、锂盐种类为碳酸锂和氢氧化锂、埋粉含量为2g时,所得电解质显微结构几乎看不到晶界。57644

 The preparation of The solid electrolyte material Li-ion battery

Abstract: In this paper, Li6.52La2.98Ba0.02Zr1.9Y0.1Al0.2O12 electrolyte was prepared by high temperature solid state method. And we study the sintering temperature, holding time, lithium salt precursor and buried powder content on the preparation of the electrolyte on the properties and structure of influence. The results obtained electrolyte prepared Li6.52La2.98Ba0.02Zr1.9Y0.1Al0.2O12 optimum conditions are: Best sintering temperature is 1190 ℃, the optimal incubation time 12h,lithium carbonate and buried powder are used as lithium salt precursor  , content is 2 g. The synthesized electrolyte samples are pure cubic garnet type, the crystals are relatively complete, the grain is fully grown, and the conductivity of the electrolyte at room temperature is, 2.96×10-4 Scm-1. The Relative density and the shrinkage are 94.19% and 18.61%。ICP-OES showed that the electrolyte formula of Preparation is Li6.52La2.98Ba0.02Zr1.9Y0.1Al0.2O12。when sintering temperature 1160oC~1900oC, the optimal incubation time 6h-15h,lithium carbonate and buried powder are used as lithium salt precursor  , content is 2g-8g. The Electrolyte of Preparation are inlaid garnet cubic structure. when sintering temperature 1180oC~1900oC, the optimal incubation time 12h-18h,lithium carbonate and buried powder are used as lithium salt precursor  , content is 2g. The electrolyte of microstructure almost invisible boundary.
