摘要本课题将PC、PET 进行共混改性,既克服PET 耐热性差、缺口冲击强度不高的缺点,同时弥补了PC耐化学药品性、成型加工性和耐磨性的不足。当PC与PET熔融共混时,会发生酯交换反应,产生嵌段聚酯,它们对PC/PET合金能起到相容剂的作用。但是酯交换反应是随机发生的,这会使制品的性能不均一,而且每一次热历史都会使产品的性能发生变化。此外,由于酯交换反应会使PET相对分子质量下降,因而制品的耐化学药品性也会下降。因此,通过加入酯交换抑制剂来有效地抑制PC和PET之间的酯交换反应,将其控制在不同的反应程度上,具有重要的实际意义。本课题就是从共混时间、酯交换抑制剂的含量以及酯交换催化剂来探究如何有效的控制酯交换反应的程度。46744

Abstract

Both PC and PET are important engineering plastics. PET show relatively low heat resistance and bad notched impact strength. On the other hand, PC suffers the drawbacks of chemical resistance, processability, and abrasion resistance. Therefore, the PC/PET blends are important from the industrial application point of view. The melt blending of PC and PET leads to the transesterification reaction, which may block polyester that can act as a compatibilizer of the PC/PET alloy. However, the transesterification reaction is random and it makes the performance heterogeneity of the products. In addition, the transesterification can reduce the molecular weight of PET, leads to decrease of the mechanical and chemical performance. Therefore, it is critically important to control the reaction of the transesterification reaction by the ester exchange inhibitor. In this work, we have investigated the effects of the blending time, ester exchange and ester exchange inhibitor content catalysts on the transesterification reaction. We have successfully fabricated the high performance PC/PET blends.
