摘要:数十年间,TiO2纳米粒子因其在各种领域的高潜能,如用作光催化作用、太阳能电池、抗菌材料,锂蓄电池,传感器等,已成为研究的重点。然而,最近发现干燥的TiO2纳米粒子对健康存在潜在的危害性。因此,必须发展一些技术来最小化此类危害。与干法工艺相比,湿法工艺能够降低通过吸入摄取纳米粒子所导致的危害。因此,湿法被认为是纳米级微粒的首选处理技术。此外,对TiO2纳米粒子的各种应用也是必不可少,如制造高质量的薄膜、在适合的溶剂中分布纳米粒子、作为均匀稳定集中的分散剂。因此,TiO2纳米粒子在液体中的稳态散布得到了广泛关注。36004
基于上述原因,本文综述了通过溶剂热法合成水溶性TiO2粉末,以此方法制备出TiO2纳米粒子稳定的水分散体,运用一系列方法对产物进行表征。在此基础上,也对精制的TiO2纳米粒子在水中的散布行为进行了研究分析,对影响分散的各个因素做了相应的比较总结,并最终找出了合适的分散条件。经过较为系统的研究我们获得了一些有意义的成果:
1. 利用简单的溶剂热法成功地制备了水溶性TiO2粉末。在此基础上,通过沉降性测试、X-射线衍射法、透射电子显微镜法、紫外分光光度法和红外光谱法探究TiO2纳米粒子的特性。实验结果指出窄尺寸分布、高结晶的锐钛矿TiO2纳米粒子可在乳酸作为封端剂的情况下通过溶剂热法得到,平均直径约5.0 nm。
2. 通过改变不同的反应参数,以溶剂热法制备出相应的纳米TiO2粉末,并对其进行表征。将不同条件下合成的纳米TiO2粉末溶于去离子水中,观察其散布行为。将TiO2纳米粒子于10 s、30 s时的散布情况以照片形式拍摄存档并进行对比分析。最后,系统地总结分析了不同反应参数对纳米TiO2水分散体稳定性的影响。
3. 通过对不同条件下制备出的TiO2纳米粒子在水中分散性的研究比对,发现精制的纳米TiO2粉末容易分散于水中从而形成稳态溶液,此外,其极好的散布性主要归因于乳酸会在TiO2纳米粒子表面聚合形成聚乳酸,进而将TiO2纳米粒子包覆在其中。聚乳酸具有很强的亲水性,所以会将包覆的TiO2纳米粒子很好地分散在水中。相信这一发现对于进一步研究TiO2纳米粒子在液体中的稳态散布,改善其水分散体稳定性都存在着极其重要的意义。

Study on the Dispersion of TiO2 Nanoparticles in Water
Abstract: During past decades, TiO2 nanoparticles have been in the focus of research due to their high potentials in the various fields, such as photocatalysis, solar cell, antibacterial material, lithium battery, sensors and so on. However, it was recently found that using of dry TiO2 nanoparticles would be a potential health hazard. As a result, it is necessary to develop some techniques which minimize health hazards. Compared with the dry-process, wet-process can reduce the harm of nanoparticles caused by respiratory intake. It is regarded as a preferred handling technology of nanometer-sized particles. Moreover, it is essential for various applications of TiO2 nanoparticles, such as fabrication of high quality films, to distribute the nanoparticles in an appropriate solvent, as homogeneous and stable concentrated dispersion. Therefore, stable dispersions of TiO2 nanoparticles in liquids have received extensive attention.
Based on the above, this paper reviews that “Water soluble” TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized in a solvothermal process for preparation of TiO2 nanoparticles with a stable aqueous dispersion. The products were characterized by a range of methods. Meanwhile, the dispersion behavior of the as-prepared TiO2 nanoparticles was also investigated. The various factors affecting the dispersion were compared and finally the proper dispersion conditions were found.
