摘要:本论文对可膨胀石墨(EG)和膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)及其复配的体系作为ABS树脂阻燃剂的性能进行了研究。首先单独添加添加EG和IFRs作为ABS树脂阻燃剂,实验结果表明:可膨胀石墨作为单一添加剂时,在添加量不是很的大情况下对ABS有较好的阻燃效果,但阻燃的同时ABS树脂的力学性的下降;膨胀型阻燃剂作为单一添加剂时,只有在添加量较大的情况下才对ABS树脂有良好的阻燃效果,同时ABS树脂的力学性稍有下降;然后添加EG/IFRs组成的二元复配体系作为ABS树脂阻燃剂,实验结果表明:EG/IFRs组成的二元复配体系对ABS树脂有很好的阻燃效果,二元组分之间存在着协效阻燃作用;最后添加EG/IFRs组成的三元复配体系作为ABS树脂阻燃剂,实验结果表明:EG/IFRs组成的三元复配体系对ABS树脂有很好的阻燃效果,通过对三元体系不同复配组分阻燃效果的对比得到,可膨胀石墨、聚磷酸铵和季戊四醇三者之间的协效作用最佳,运用正交分析得到,三者最佳的质量比为膨胀石墨:聚磷酸铵:季戊四醇=7:5:3,按此比例,当总添加量为20%时,测得相应材料的氧指数为33,力学性能出现小幅度下降,TG分析最终残余约为18%。43485

Study on ABS Flame Retardant

Abstract: In this paper, we studied the properties of the ABS resin flame retardant, which can be used as the flame retardant of the expandable graphite and the expanded flame retardant. The results show that the expandable graphite as a single additive, has good flame retardant effect of ABS adding amount is not very large in the case, but the mechanical properties of the flame retardant and lower ABS resin; intumescent flame retardant additives as a single, only in the case of large amount of ABS resin with good flame retardant effect, but has little influence on the mechanical properties of ABS resin; two yuan compound system composed of EG/IFRs has good flame retardant effect on ABS resin, there is a synergistic flame retardant effect between the two components; three yuan compound system composed of EG/IFRs has good flame retardant effect of ABS resin, obtained by the comparison of the three element system different components of compound flame retardant effect, synergistic effect between expandable graphite, ammonium polyphosphate and pentaerythritol three best, obtained by orthogonal analysis, the three best quality ratio of expansive rock Ink: ammonium polyphosphate: pentaerythritol =7:5:3, according to the proportion, when total dosage was 20%, the measured corresponding materials of oxygen index of 33, mechanical properties appear small decline, TG analysis of the final residual is about 18%.
