N-烷基苯氧乙酰胺的合成及表征

摘要:以4-苯氧基苯酚、氯乙酸甲酯为原料,以无水碳酸钾作碱性催化剂,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,制备了中间体2-(4-苯氧基苯氧基)乙酸甲酯(Ⅰ);将中间体(Ⅰ)分别与甲胺和二甲胺反应,得到产物N-甲基-2-(4-苯氧基苯氧基)乙酰胺(Ⅱ)和N,N-二甲基-2-(4-苯氧基苯氧基)乙酰胺(Ⅲ)。本文着重考察了反应时间、反应温度、物料投料比对中间产物(Ⅰ)和目的产物(Ⅱ)收率的影响。确定了2-(4-苯氧基苯氧基)乙酸甲酯合成工艺条件为:反应温度85℃;反应时间4.0h;物料投料比n(4-苯氧基苯酚):n(氯乙酸甲酯)=1.00:1.15。在此条件下其收率为80%左右。N-甲基-2-(4-苯氧基苯氧基)乙酰胺合成工艺条件为:反应温度25℃;反应时间3.0h;物料投料比n[2-(4-苯氧基苯氧基)乙酸甲酯]:n(甲胺)=1.0:1.3。在此条件下,其收率为89%左右。经IR和1H-NMR表征,产物为N-甲基-2-(4-苯氧基苯氧基)乙酰胺(Ⅱ)和N,N-二甲基-2-(4-苯氧基苯氧基)乙酰胺(Ⅲ)。41174

Abstract: 2-(4-phenoxyphenoxy)acetate(Ⅰ)was synthesized from methyl chloroacetate
and 4-Phenoxyphenol in fixed temperature and react several hours, add potassium-carbonate as catalyst and N,N-dimethyl formamide as organic impregnant. Then review the inf-
luence of different react time, then the intermediates (Ⅰ) reaction with methylamine and dimethylamine respectively.Lastly,we wouldget the product of N-methyl-2-(4-phenoxyphenoxy)acetamide(Ⅱ)andN,N-dimethyl-2-(4-phenoxyphenoxy)acetamide (Ⅲ).The optim-
