CuO/CeO2-ZrO2和CuO-CeO2/ZrO2在CO催化氧化方面的比较研究

以CeO2-ZrO2复合氧化物为载体负载CuO的催化剂在高温焙烧条件下活性高于以ZrO2为载体负载CuO- CeO2的催化剂,并且抗烧结能力也高于以ZrO2为载体负载CuO- CeO2的催化剂

摘要: 采用等体积浸渍法制备了两种在不同温度下焙烧得到的CuO/CeO2-ZrO2和CuO-CeO2 / ZrO2催化剂,并使用两种表征手段即X射线衍射(XRD)和H2-TPR对所制备的催化剂做了表征实验,之后CO的低温催化氧化活性实验使用了流动色谱法。结果表明以CeO2-ZrO2复合氧化物为载体负载CuO的催化剂在高温焙烧条件下活性高于以ZrO2为载体负载CuO- CeO2的催化剂,并且抗烧结能力也高于以ZrO2为载体负载CuO- CeO2的催化剂,但是低温条件下以ZrO2为载体负载CuO- CeO2的催化剂活性高于以CeO2-ZrO2复合氧化物为载体负载CuO的催化剂,但是抗烧结能力又较差。结果表明以ZrO2为载体负载CuO- CeO2的催化剂在500℃焙烧温度下催化剂活性最高,活性成分分散较好,粒径较小。根据XRD图谱和H2-TPR分析图中可以看出催化剂中存在三种不同类型的铜物种, 即高分散、小颗粒和大颗粒的CuO。催化剂表面高分散和小颗粒的CuO促进催化活性的提高,而大颗粒的CuO对催化活性具有抑制作用。23949

CuO/CeO2-ZrO2 and CuO-CeO2/ZrO2 in CO catalytic oxidation of comparative study
Abstract: Prepared two volume such as immersion in calcined at different temperatures have been the catalyst for Cu - Ce - Zr, and X-ray diffraction (XRD), H2 temperature programmed reduction (H2 - TPR) technology, on the catalyst characterization, using the method of chromatographic flow CO low temperature catalytic oxidation properties are investigated. Results show that CeO2 - ZrO2 composite oxide as a carrier load CuO catalyst under the condition of high temperature roasting activity is higher than on the carrier of ZrO2 load CuO - CeO2 catalyst, and sintering resistance is higher than on the carrier of ZrO2 load CuO - CeO2 catalyst, but under the condition of low temperature on the carrier of ZrO2 load CuOCeO2 catalyst activity is higher than in CeO2 - ZrO2 composite oxide catalyst for the vehicle load CuO, but sintering -resistance and poor. Results show that the load is carried out by ZrO2 CuO - CeO2 catalyst in the 500 ℃ calcination temperature under the highest catalyst activity, active ingredients better dispersion, particle size is smaller. According to XRD atlas and H2 - TPR analysis diagram can be seen that the catalyst has three different types of copper species, which are highly dispersed, small particles and large particles of CuO. Highly dispersed catalyst surface and small particles of CuO was beneficial to the improvement of the catalytic activity, and larger particles CuO has inhibitory effect on catalytic activity.
