摘要:膦酸酯类化合物在有机合成、阻燃材料、医疗卫生和生物化学中发挥着极其重要的作用,应用及其的广泛,开发易操作、经济、高效、绿色合成P-S-C键化合物的有效方法是化学工作者一直以来都在不懈追求的目标。近几年关于P-C(sp2 和 sp3)键形成的反应方面的报道特别多,过渡金属钯催化、铜催化、到镍催化等等,过渡金属催化P-C键的构成已受到了深入而广泛的研究,并取得了巨大的成就。但是,传统构建P-C键的方法并不能满足合成具有更多大官能团化的有膦酸脂类化合物的要求,而且对于碳杂键(C-X)的反应研究特别少还不够全面。43163

Study on green synthesis of P-S-C bond compound built by the aryl hydrazone
