摘要:聚氧化乙烯(PEO)是由环氧乙烷开环聚合而成的高分子材料,具有水溶性、低化学毒性、易加工成型和能够氧化降解等特点。在工业应用中,尤其是造纸行业,主要利用的是聚氧化乙烯树脂的水溶液的特性,因此聚氧化乙烯树脂水溶性的好坏是衡量其产品质量的重要指标之一。23502
    本论文通过对聚氧化乙烯树脂的溶解时间、水溶液粘度、粘均分子量、含湿率、灰分含量、粉末流动性、堆密度等性能的测试,考察抗结剂二氧化硅和水溶性添加剂聚丙烯酰胺对聚氧化乙烯整体性能的影响,特别是对其水溶解时间和水溶液粘度性能的影响情况,进一步探索最优复合添加剂配方及其添加方式,建立聚氧化乙烯的水溶性测试方法。
在不明显改变聚氧化乙烯水溶液粘度的情况下,本项目采用分子量在1000万左右的聚丙烯酰胺作为分散剂,研究不同添加剂用量时聚氧化乙烯水溶液粘度及溶解时间的变化情况。实验结果显示,当聚丙烯酰胺分散剂的加入量为5 wt%时,造纸常用PEO(联胜公司的P600)产品的溶解时间可由原来的30 min 降至15 min,此时同时溶液的粘度未发生明显改变。

Abstract:Polyethylene oxide (PEO) is a ring-opening polymerization of ethylene oxide polymer materials , water-soluble , low chemical toxicity , easy processing and capable of oxidative degradation characteristics. In industrial applications , especially in the paper industry , the main advantage of the characteristics of an aqueous solution of poly (ethylene oxide) resin , and thus the quality of the water-soluble poly (ethylene oxide) resin is an important indicator of the quality of their products .
In this thesis, the dissolution time of the polyethylene oxide resin , aqueous solution viscosity , the viscosity-average molecular weight , moisture content , ash content, powder flowability , bulk density and other properties of the test , inspection and anti-caking agent, silica, water-soluble additive polypropylene Effect of polyoxyethylene amide overall performance , particularly for water, dissolution time and viscosity properties of the aqueous solution , the additive compound to further explore the optimal way to add and to establish a water-soluble polyoxyethylene test method .
No significant change in the viscosity of the aqueous solution of poly ethylene oxide , the molecular weight of the item using a polyacrylamide of about 10 million as a dispersing agent, a viscosity of an aqueous solution of polyethylene oxide and ethylene dissolution time when the change amount of different additives . Experimental results show that when the amount of the dispersant is polyacrylamide 5 wt.% , The dissolution time paper used PEO ( United Sundstrand P600) from the original product can be reduced to 30 min 15 min, while the viscosity of the solution at this time obviously not changed .
