聚季铵盐PDM抗菌纱布制备及其应用性能开发

摘要本文采用实验室自制的特征黏度值([η])系列化的聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)样品为抗菌组分,以医用纱布为载体,研究了浸渍法制得的PDMDAAC包覆型抗菌纱布的制备工艺及其应用性能。22396
以金黄色葡萄球菌为作用对象,采用定时暴露法,研究了PDMDAAC的浸渍浓度、纱布的浸渍时间和浸渍温度对纱布抗菌性能的影响规律,得到PDMDAAC抗菌纱布较佳制备工艺参数:浴比1:30,浸渍浓度50 mg/L,浸渍时间30 min,浸渍温度60℃,浸后110℃烘干2h。采用该工艺制得含PDMDAAC([η]: 1.86)的单层抗菌纱布,作用24h后的抗菌率为99.30%。
以金黄色葡萄球菌为作用对象,采用定时暴露法,研究了PDMDAAC的特征黏度、纱布的使用时间和使用层数对纱布抗菌性能的影响规律,得到当24h抗菌率达到99%时的抗菌纱布使用参数:由基准制备工艺制得的含PDMDAAC([η]: 1.86)的3层纱布,或者含PDMDAAC([η]: 3.35)的单层纱布;由较佳制备工艺制得的含PDMDAAC([η]: 1.86)的单层纱布。

 Title  Preparation and Application Performance Development of     Antimicrobial Gauze Containing Polyquaternary Ammonium Salt PDM
Abstract
In this dissertation, using the polydimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride (PDMDAAC) samples with serial intrinsic viscosity values ([η]) as antibacterial component, using the medical gauze as carrier, the preparation processes and application performance of PDMDAAC-coated antibacterial gauze prepared by immersion method were researched.
Using Staphylococcus aureus as action object, the effects of the immersed concentration of PDMDAAC, the immersed temperature and immersed time of gauze on the antibacterial performance of gauze were studied by timed exposure method. The better preparation process parameters of PDMDAAC antibacterial gauze were obtained, i.e. bath ratio of 1:30, immersed concentration of 50mg/L, immersed time of 30min, immersed temperature of 60℃, and after immersing 110℃ drying 2h. The single layer of antibacterial gauze containing PDMDAAC ([η]: 1.86) was prepared by adopting this process, and the antibacterial rate of the gauze using after 24h could reach 99.30%.
Using Staphylococcus aureus as action object, the effects of intrinsic viscosity of PDMDAAC, the using time and using layer of gauze on the antibacterial performance of gauze were investigated by timed exposure method. The parameters of using antibacterial gauze for reaching 24h antibacterial rates of 99% were obtained, i.e. 3 layers of antibacterial gauze containing PDMDAAC ([η]: 1.86) or the single layer of antibacterial gauze containing PDMDAAC ([η]: 3.35) prepared by the initial process, and the single layer of antibacterial gauze containing PDMDAAC ([η]: 1.86) prepared by the better process.
