摘要在国家创新体系的背景下，创新型城市的建设十分迫切。高校作为我国技术研发和创新的主体，在推动技术进步和社会发展中起着举足轻重的作用，高校通过人才和科技两方面实现其服务社会的职能。校地合作研究院，为创新型城市的建设增添了一个高端创新资源的合作平台，将高校和地方政府两种不同的资源有效的整合，从而有助于创新型城市的建设。这种校地合作研究院的模式成为高校服务社会的重要路径。本文主要是基于创新型城市的建设，通过对校地合作研究院的发展进行具体剖析，从而为高校服务社会寻找最佳路径，使得政、产、学、研有效结合的优势得到充分的发挥。64012

Title Research on the way of universities to serve the community based on the construction of innovative city ,with the example of university-local government cooperation research institute
Abstract Under the background of country innovative system, construction of an innovative city is very urgent. Colleges and universities as the main body in technology research and development and innovation, in promoting technology progress and social development plays an important role in colleges and universities through the two aspects of talent and technology to achieve its service function of the society. Institute to the cooperation, for the construction of an innovative city added a high-end innovation resources platform for the cooperation, the two kinds of different universities and local government resources and effective integration, which would be helpful to the construction of an innovative city. The research to the cooperation pattern is important path of the colleges and universities serve the society. This paper is based on construction of the city innovation, through carries on concrete analysis to the development of the institute to the cooperation, so as to serve the society to find the best path for colleges and universities, making combination with politic, production, study and research advantage into full play.
