中博诚通公司知识型员工激励机制探究

以马斯洛需求层次定理等国内外激励理论为基础, 采用问卷调查的研究方法,分析了中博诚通公司知识型员工的激励现状,探索其现有激励制度中的低效与高效部分

摘要知识型人才逐渐成为企业核心竞争力的主力军, 最大限度开发其创造性与积极性,是企业在未来生存和发展的重要内容。本文以马斯洛需求层次定理等国内外激励理论为基础, 采用问卷调查的研究方法,分析了中博诚通公司知识型员工的激励现状,探索其现有激励制度中的低效与高效部分。综合对比现有激励资料与调查所获其知识型员工的期望激励因素之后,发现二者匹配度较低,现有制度针对性不足,缺少对知识型员工个性成长、情感生活、职业规划的关注。据此,本文从中博诚通知识型员工的需求特征出发,提出按需激励的方案,力求解决在推行已久的制度中出现的低效与不公。62327

Motivation strategy research of Zhongbo Global’ sknowledgeable employees
Abstract knowledgeable employees have gradually become the main force of enterprises’ corecompetitiveness. How to motivate them effectively and develop their maximal creativity,improving work enthusiasm, is becoming the key point of one enterprise’s survival anddevelopment in the future.This paper is on the basis of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, combined with domestic andforeign relevant incentive theory, carrying out a research in the form of questionnaire whichanalyses present incentive mechanism of the Zhongbo Global’s knowledge staff , trying todiscover the existing inefficient part of the incentive system and efficient. Comprehensivecomparisons are made between existing incentive system and knowledgeable employees’feedback of their expected motivating factors. It turns out to be the matching degree is low,since the existing incentive mechanism is not specific enough, with the lack of consideringknowledgable employees’ personal growth, emotional life, career planning.To sum up, this article takes account of characteristic and requirement of the Zhongboglobal’s knowledgable employees, together with the development trend. Putting forward theimproving measurements according to their different demands, making every effort to solvethe problem of long-standing incentive mechanism, meanwhile, wiping out ineffectivenessand injustice.
