摘要：我国的土木建筑行业随着经济的快速发展得到了非常迅猛的发展。作为土木建筑行业重要基石的石材行业也得到了快速发展。然而，在石材被广泛应用在土木建筑行业的各个方面的同时石材加工企业的生产现状安全也是不容忽视的。要保证石材行业的顺利稳定的发展，就必须保证石材生产加工的各个环节安全管理，减少不安全因素的出现，做好相应的防范措施。62253
安全评价是对系统的危险性进行定性或定量分析,评价系统发生事故的可能性及严重度。本文中选用了两种不同的评价方法（事故树分析和安全检查表法），希望通过不同的方法从不同的角度进行评价，最后将所得到的不同结果进行分析并提出相应对策。本文对评价单位进行了划分，主要从企业场地总平面布置及厂内运输， 生产工艺 、生产设备，公用工程和辅助设施，安全管理等方面进行评价。通过对该企业的安全生产现状评价，发现企业的安全设施基本完善，基本能够保障生产的顺利进行，制定的安全管理制度、安全操作规程、安全生产责任制，现有的安全生产保证体系基本能够满足安全生产的需要。企业存在的固有危险性（物的不安全状态）和人的不安全行为是可以控制的，且危险受控程度按现阶段的法律、法规和标准要求是可以接受的。

Safety assessment is a qualitative or quantitative analysis of the risk of the system and evaluation system of the probability and severity of accidents.We use two different evaluation methods (accident tree analysis and safety check list), through different ways evaluated from different angles, finally, the analysis of the different results obtained and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.This evaluation unit has been pided, mainly from corporate site General layout and internal transport, production technology, production equipment, utilities and support facilities, security management evaluation.Through the evaluation of the safety situation of the enterprise finds the perfect security facilities, capable of guaranteeing smooth production, developing safety management systems, safety procedures, safety responsibility system, existing safety assurance system can meet the needs of production.The inherent risk of enterprises (insecurity) and unsafe behaviors can be controlled, and the risks controlled degree according to the current laws, regulations and standards are acceptable.
