摘要:经济与信息技术快速发展的今日,组织员工作为组织成员中的一部分,受到越来越多人的关注。组织认同是员工身处于组织内部,对组织文化等方面的认同感,以及在此之上衍生的对组织成员的定位和自我的自豪感等多方面内容。而对于组织所产生的认同感这一个概念,已经有较多的数据表明其对于组织内公民会产生或多或少的影响。61783

  组织中工作的员工是本次研究中的主体,通过对雇员行为的调查,结合他们对组织认同的具体看法,从而探寻组织认同是和组织公民行为这两者之间相互所产生的联系。

  目前国内对于组织认同的相关研究并不多,因此本文在回顾了过去国内外相关知识的基础上,运用组织行为学的知识结合人力资源理论,做出有关于员工的组织认同和组织公民行为的假设,通过实证分析研究的方法得到相关论据。为组织认同与组织员工行为领域提供了相关的理念,并且创新讨论员工绩效这一概念,分析其和组织认同之间的相关联系。

The influence of organizational identification on organizational citizenship behavior of employees

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy and information technology,the organization staff as part of the organization members received more and more people's attention. Organizational identification is the employee who is in the organization, the organizational culture and other aspects of identity, as well as on the derivative of the positioning of the members of the organization and self pride and other aspects of the content. And the concept of the sense of identity that is produced by the organization, there are more data show that it has a more or less impact on the organization's citizens. 

The staff in the organization is the subject of this study,through the investigation of employee behavior,combined with their specific views on organizational identification.To explore the relationship between organizational identity and organizational citizenship behavior.  

At present domestic research related to organizational identification is not much. Therefore, this paper on the review of the past relevant knowledge at home and abroad on the basis, organizational behavior by using the knowledge combined with human resources theory, make assumptions regarding the employee organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior, through the empirical analysis research method to get the relevant arguments. To provide the relevant concepts of organizational identification and organizational employee behavior, and to discuss the concept of employee performance, and to analyze the correlation between organizational identification and organizational identification.
