摘要当今社会建筑行业的发展如日中天，对工程造价的管理也越来越严格，控制工程造价逐渐成为管理者研究的热门话题。然而我国工程造价控制还存在诸多问题，本文通过对工程造价理论的学习以及对现今工程造价控制的现状和存在的问题的研究，了解了目前工程造价控制中主动控制意识的缺失以及动态控制的不足，提出了工程造价的控制是贯穿于整个工程建设项目的始末，是一个动态的管理过程，涉及建设项目的决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、竣工结算阶段的投资控制的理念，得出了企业必须加强工程造价的主动控制与动态控制的结论。通过了解该理念的具体内涵从而运用在建筑工程项目的各个阶段的具体实践，并通过吴中区东太湖大堤整治工程的实例研究侧重深入了解施工阶段的工程造价控制。 56094

Abstract In today's society rapid development of construction industry, The management of the engineering cost is becoming more and more strict, the project cost control has gradually become the hot topic of management research. However the project cost control in our country still has many problems, this article through to the study of the theory of project cost and the current situation and existing problems of the project cost control research, understanding of the current lack of active control in the project cost control consciousness and the lack of dynamic control, proposed the project cost control is throughout the beginning and end of the engineering construction projects, is a dynamic management process, involving the construction project decision-making stage, design stage, construction stage, completion settlement stage investment control idea, the enterprise must strengthen the active control of engineering cost is obtained with the conclusion of dynamic control. Through understanding the specific connotation of the concept to use in the construction of the project each phase of the concrete practice, and focuses on the insight into the construction phase of the project cost control through the example regulation engineering of Wuzhong District east of Taihu dyke.
